Marrakech in Morocco is one of the best places to visit for the holidays with the Sahara view, tall buildings, the rich culture is beautiful and there are lots of hidden gems trapped in this Red city.

Here are some of the hidden gems of Marrakech:

Sahara: The food, the horse ride at sunrise and sunset? The Sahara is one of the beautiful sights to behold in Marrakech.                                                        This is a not so hidden gem that definitely has to be mentioned as the dunes in all of the desserts are sight to behold.                                                                    The Sahara is also known as the Marrakech desert as Marrakech provides the gateway to visit the dessert, accommodating people from all over the world. The dessert cuts across different countries such as Algeria, Libya, Niger, Morocco, Western Sahara, Tunisia, amongst others.

Underground Ovens: The delicious lamb meat made with the underground ovens in Marrakech The food stands have holes in the wall where they serve this roasted meat with Tanjia — a slow cooked stew.

Mellah: With a heart of its own and close to the city center, Mellah is located at the Jewish Marrakech quarter and has a beautiful market with vibrant fabrics. The Lazama synagogue is also located in this area.

Macma Musee: A beautiful spot for art lovers who want to see all the hidden Moroccan artifacts with a good explanation and view in his history. The Macma also features a beautiful shop that sells a good collection of artworks that will make for gifts and souvenirs for you.

Cactus Theiman: with varieties of cactus— and some as tall as buildings, the cactus Thiemann is a cactus farm with beautiful flowers. It was founded by Hans Thiemann in 1960 with his strong pursuit and love for plants. It is now run by his protégés.

Dar Cherifa: Literature and book enthusiasts will love this literature cafe, and its unique architecture? A sight you can’t forget soon.

Maison de la Photographic: For lovers of photography, you would absolutely enjoy this location that shows the medina in the 80s, and 90s. It also offers a great view of the city at its rooftop cafe.

Hammam de la Rose: Ever heard of the good effect of a hammam scrub>? This spa offers the local effect of Moroccan hammam that gives the homely, and refreshing energy.

Bin Youssef Street: Houses loads of vintage items that could serve as decorative pieces for your home- you just never know the kind of antique you will find until you visit.

Dar El Bacha Coffee House: Fresh coffee, decoration, and excellent service are the features of this cafe in Marrakech. With its great sightseeing options, this is a good spot for tea lovers who want to have a solo date.
