What is required of you?

You will be part of a team of talented developers and data scientists working from Canada.

You are required to be capable in one of the following positions: Cloud Architect, Cloud Software Developer, Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud Systems Engineer, Cloud Network Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Developer. The ideal candidate is able to serve as the key cloud computing resource for the company, including design, planning, management, maintenance, and support of cloud-based systems.

Eligibility

To work in Canada for Mobsquad as a Cloud Developer, you need to meet the following requirements. You must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.
• Over three years of experience working with cloud services.
• Over three years of experience with relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C/C++, Ruby).
• Proven experience working in cloud-based systems including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Sufficient ability in scripting in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell, Bash).
• Strong experience with cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Puppet, Chef, or Ansible, and solid understanding of configuration management theory, implementation, and scaling.
• Knowledge of and experience with tools and services for logging, such as Splunk or ELK.
• Experience creating and deploying Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality code adhering to industry best practices (e.g., code review, unit testing, revision control).
